Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated systems, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without notice.

Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different contact details, or through another person — is strictly prohibited. pl68 employs technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pl68 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, and permanently withhold any balances or bonuses accrued.
pl68 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pl68 login credentials, including your username and password. pl68 will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pl68 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
You are required to keep all account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your name, contact details, or payment information must be updated promptly. pl68 accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
All pl68 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. pl68 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. USDT deposits are accepted and converted to PKR at the applicable rate at the time of transaction.
An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. pl68 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as published in the platform fee schedule. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of such fees, the account may be closed. Players are notified via email before any inactivity fee is applied.

Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the platform Cashier. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any funds received from a third-party source may be frozen and returned.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. pl68 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within one to three business days for bank transfers. These timelines are targets only and are not guaranteed. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by pl68 compliance. pl68 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus balances. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
Important: pl68 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. pl68 accepts no liability for third-party fees charged by payment providers.
pl68 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the pl68 platform at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions — including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and geographic restrictions — are specified in each promotion's terms. pl68 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to verify that bonus conditions have been met, and to void bonus-derived winnings where it is determined that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms.
Players may not use bonus funds to engage in low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk — including, but not limited to, placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes on the same event, or betting on games excluded from wagering requirement contribution. Such activity will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.
Where pl68 operates a referral or affiliate programme, all referred accounts must be genuine, independently registered players who have made a qualifying deposit in their own right. Referral bonuses will not be paid where the referred account is identified as a duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible account.
All sports bets placed on pl68 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the platform. In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with pl68's published event-specific settlement rules. pl68 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or refuse wagers at its absolute discretion, including where there is evidence of match manipulation or where bet limits have been exceeded.
In-play betting is available on selected events. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point without notice. Bets accepted during a brief delay in live data transmission are accepted at the player's risk. pl68 is not liable for any outcome arising from data latency during in-play betting.
All casino and live casino games on pl68 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are conducted by live dealers whose activities are monitored. Game outcomes are final once a round is completed. Any malfunction of a game voids the round and all associated wagers; pl68 will return the wagered amount to the player's balance in the event of a confirmed malfunction.
pl68 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where an obvious error has occurred — including typographic errors in odds, manifestly incorrect game outcomes, or technical malfunctions. A decision to void on this basis is made at pl68's sole discretion and the player will be notified. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account.

pl68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to pl68; or the player has failed to complete required identity verification.
Upon suspension, access to the account and all associated services will be immediately restricted. Where suspension is the result of suspected fraud or breach of Terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. pl68 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player via email where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting pl68 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus balances not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will not be reopened during the exclusion period.
All content on the pl68 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the overall design and structure of the platform — is the property of pl68 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the pl68 platform without the express written authorisation of pl68. Unauthorised use of pl68's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pl68 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or delays; losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security; losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform; or any loss of data or profits.
pl68's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pl68's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
pl68 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pl68 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform. pl68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
